Use of the Continuity Check
- All material included in the Continuity Check is intended for information purposes only and is not intended to replace or serve as substitute for any audit, advisory or other professional advice, consultation or service. The results provided are based on information provided by you but remain general in nature and you should take independent advice in relation to them. The provision of this information does not create a professional services relationship. No user should act or refrain from acting on the information contained in the Continuity Check without first verifying the information and as necessary obtaining legal and/or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude and disclaim all liability in connection with the results and your use of.
- If you decide to access the external websites, resources or advertisements then you will be leaving our site and we are not responsible or liable for the content, advertising or products or services available from such sites or, for any dealings that you may have, or the consequences of such dealings, with the operators of those sites.
- You may cancel your order via email or in writing within seven working days of receiving your Continuity Check login code. We shall refund your money as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation.
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the Continuity Check report you can request a full refund via email or in writing within seven working days of receiving the report. We shall refund your money as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation.
- Users must print or save completed reports as soon as they gain access since we may delete reports after around 20 days.
- We deliver only to valid email addresses. We will deliver the login code to the email address you specify for delivery in your order. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or corruption once the login code has been delivered. We aim to deliver the login code immediately upon confirmation of payment but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period.
- No delivery charges apply to the Continuity Check.
- We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. An acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the login code.
- We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the order and or suspend any further deliveries to you.
- You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on "submit" during the ordering process.
- All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
